Terms & Conditions
Our bookings terms and conditions are to ensure all customers are looked after in a fair and consistent manner.
- All participants are welcome to one taster session. Further taster sessions are at the discretion of Mighty Netball.
- Your place is held once your taster session has been paid for. Places cannot be held via phone or email. You can pay via the booking system which will incur a platform fee or via bacs to avoid the platform fee.
- If you cannot attend your taster session please give us notice.
- Unattended taster sessions that gave no notice, will not have their place guaranteed for another week and it may be released to the waiting list. Exceptional circumstances will be taken into consideration.
- After your taster session, your place will be held for you until the following Wednesday (3-4 days after). Please sign up before this day to guarantee your place. After this day, the place can be released to the waiting list.
- If you are on the waiting list and are offered a place, please pay for your taster session by the deadline stated in the email to guarantee your place. After this time, the place will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.
- Payment is due after your taster session before you attend any further session.
- Upon renewals, payment is due 2 weeks before the first session of term.
- By booking with Mighty Netball, you are agreeing to adhere to our Code of Conduct which can be found on the website.
- Existing customers must book for the next term by the given deadline to secure their place. By not booking or communicating before the given deadline, the place may be released to the waiting list.
.Refund Policy
- Thank you for choosing to book for the term with Mighty Netball. Your place is guaranteed for the whole term and you are always given first refusal for the next term.
- If you miss any sessions due to illness, injury, self isolation or other engagements, as your place can't be offered to another participant we are unable to refund you for any missed sessions.
- If you wish to cancel your term booking, you must give 1 months notice and can then receive a refund for any sessions that are remaining after the notice period.
- For all camp, tournament, masterclass, private coaching or anything other type of Mighty Netball sessions, we will not offer refunds within 2 weeks of the start date of the session.
- As a small business, we thank you for your understanding.
Non booking policy
This is for instances when a child arrives at a session but has not pre-booked, the coaches will deal with it as follows:
- If there is space in the class, the parent/guardian must book and pay for a taster session (if the child is new to Mighty Netball) via the website - non registered children cannot participate. If you are unable to do so on your phone, the coaches will ask you to complete a contact form, Mighty HQ will get in touch afterwards and request payment for the taster session you have attended. By participating in a session, you are agreeing to pay for it.
- If the class is full we cannot offer a taster session under any circumstances as this would not be fair to those on the waiting list.
- Please do not attend a session without pre-booking to avoid the scenarios above, it is difficult for the coaches to deal with while they attempt to start their session. Further to this it is stressful for the child and may create a negative association for them with this activity.
