A fun warm up is followed by skills practices where learning is embedded into age-appropriate imaginative play-based games. The 60 minutes ends with match play focussing on previously practiced skills in the session. This option is perfect for children completely new to netball wanting to come for a FREE trial, up to netballers who play regularly and want to continue to gain technical competence.
